Peter Hajdu is President & CEO of Dura-Line, Orbia’s data communications business group. Peter joined Orbia in 2018 to lead Dura-Line. Previously, he held multiple executive positions in Cisco’s EMEA and emerging markets operations. Prior to Cisco, he was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, serving clients in the chemicals, automotive, airline and banking sectors. Peter is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he obtained his MBA and Management of Technology degree.

Peter Hajdu is President & CEO of Dura-Line, Orbia’s data communications business group. Peter joined Orbia in 2018 to lead Dura-Line. Lucie Grant is Vice President and Global General Counsel at Dura-Line leading the Company's legal function. Previously, Lucie served as Senior Legal Director for the UK and Ireland for Thermo Fisher Scientific and as EMEA General Counsel for the largest of Thermo Fisher's groups, Life Sciences Solutions. Lucie also worked at BAE Systems Saudi Araba and United Utilities in various legal leadership roles. Lucie holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from King's College London. Lucie is a Governor of AKS Independent School, Lytham, and a regular speaker for State Talking Manchester.

Vice President and Global General Counsel
Lucie Grant is Vice President and Global General Counsel at Dura-Line leading the Company's legal function. Previously, Lucie served as Senior Legal Director for the UK and Ireland for Thermo Fisher Scientific and as EMEA General Counsel for the largest of Thermo Fisher's groups, Life Sciences Solutions. Elad Shmulevich is Vice President, Operations at Dura-Line, leading the company’s Safety, Production, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, IT and Quality to drive improvements in Operations efficiency. Prior to his current role, Elad served for five years as the Global Quality and Operational Excellence Director at Netafim. Elad also worked for GE Healthcare and Honeywell in various operations leadership roles. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Tim Grimsley, Vice President, Strategic Account, began his career with Dura-Line in 1995, serving in critical roles that lead to growth in the Latin American region and the U.S. and Canada. In addition to key accounts, sales and marketing, engineering, and R&D support, Tim developed our next generation of MicroTechnology products and built the Technical Field Support group. Prior to Dura-Line, Tim spent 11 years and held various positions at NORTEL. He also worked for United Telephone and has an Engineering Degree from ITI and the University of South Florida.
Tim Grimsley
Vice President, Strategic Accounts
Tim Grimsley, Vice President, Strategic Account, began his career with Dura-Line in 1995, serving in critical roles that lead to growth in the Latin American region and the U.S. and Canada. In addition to key accounts, sales and marketing, engineering, and R&D support, Tim developed our next generation of MicroTechnology products and built the Technical Field Support group. Steph DeRuyck is the CIO of Dura-Line, leading the company’s IT function and also serving as the Global VP of Infrastructure across Orbia. She brings over 20 years of business and IT experience in the Agriculture, Financial Services, and Retail industries. Prior to joining Orbia in 2020, Steph held various leadership positions at Cargill and Target. Steph has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from the College of Saint Benedict/St. John’s University.

Chief Information Officer
Steph DeRuyck is the CIO of Dura-Line, leading the company’s IT function and also serving as the Global VP of Infrastructure across Orbia. She brings over 20 years of business and IT experience in the Agriculture, Financial Services, and Retail industries. Prior to joining Orbia in 2020, Steph held various leadership positions at Cargill and Target. Steph has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from the College of Saint Benedict/St. John’s University.
Murat Hacisalihzade is Vice President, Sales & Marketing, EMEA, APAC & LATAM, at Dura-Line. Prior to joining Dura-Line, Murat held multiple executive positions in the technology industry with Amazon Web Services and Cisco. He has also worked as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company serving clients in the telco and private equity sectors. Murat is a graduate of Harvard Business School and University of Rochester where he studied business administration and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Murat Hacisalihzade is Vice President, Sales & Marketing, EMEA, APAC & LATAM, at Dura-Line. Prior to joining Dura-Line, Murat held multiple executive positions in the technology industry with Amazon Web Services and Cisco. He has also worked as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company serving clients in the telco and private equity sectors. Murat is a graduate of Harvard Business School and University of Rochester where he studied business administration and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
Sally Rawlinson is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Global Finance at Dura-Line. Previously, Sally served as Chief Financial Officer for NTT Americas Ltd. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for various groups within Dimension Data, including the Americas and Europe. Sally is a South African Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
Sally Rawlinson
Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Global Finance
Sally Rawlinson is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Global Finance at Dura-Line. Previously, Sally served as Chief Financial Officer for NTT Americas Ltd. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for various groups within Dimension Data, including the Americas and Europe. Sally is a South African Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
Dale Wilson, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, US/Canada, joined Dura-Line in 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry with 3 Blue Chip companies. Previously Dale was the Global Sales Leader for Industrial Solutions, a division of GE Energy-Energy Management, at General Electric, and led sales teams for Siemens Energy & Automation division, Atlanta, Georgia. Through sales, he also helped position Rockwell Automation Canada as the market leader in Canada. He is a Certified Electronics Engineer and a graduate from Conestoga College in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario, Canada.

Vice President, Sales & Marketing, US/Canada
Dale Wilson, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, US/Canada, joined Dura-Line in 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry with 3 Blue Chip companies. Previously Dale was the Global Sales Leader for Industrial Solutions, a division of GE Energy-Energy Management, at General Electric, and led sales teams for Siemens Energy & Automation division, Atlanta, Georgia. Through sales, he also helped position Rockwell Automation Canada as the market leader in Canada. He is a Certified Electronics Engineer and a graduate from Conestoga College in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario, Canada.
Rui Meleiro is Senior Director of Services and Digital at Dura-Line. Previously, he was a Corporate Development Senior Manager at Hilti, where he delivered several growth and transformation projects. Prior to Hilti, he launched a fintech startup and was a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group serving clients in the industrial and financial sectors. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Ph.D. in optical communications with Nokia Siemens Networks, where he also developed optical communications equipment.

Rui Meleiro is Senior Director of Services and Digital at Dura-Line. Previously, he was a Corporate Development Senior Manager at Hilti, where he delivered several growth and transformation projects. Ian Jessop is Dura-Line’s Vice President, People. Based in the United Kingdom, Ian joined Dura-Line in December 2018, having previously held a global HR role with Mexichem Compounds, and European HR roles within Wavin BV. Ian’s unconventional education background, led to qualifications in Ceramics at what is now Staffordshire University, vocational qualifications in both Leadership and Training & Development, and becoming a qualified HR professional and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
